- 🌰 100g sliced almonds
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 30g sugar
- 30g rice flour
步驟
In a bowl, whisk together the egg and sugar until well combined.
Add rice flour and gently mix with a whisk to avoid lumps. (You can substitute rice flour with all-purpose flour if preferred.)
Fold in the sliced almonds and mix gently to finish the batter.
Spread the batter thinly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 17–20 minutes until golden brown.
Let the cookies cool slightly, then cut them into pieces while still warm.
