- 🍚 300g cooked rice
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
- 2 shiso leaves, julienned
Cold Soup Base
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 💧 300ml water

In a bowl, mix miso paste, toasted sesame seeds, ground sesame seeds, and water. Add the tuna and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator.

Slice the cucumber into rounds, thinly slice the myoga, and julienne the shiso leaves.

Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with the sliced vegetables, and pour the chilled soup over.
