Kale Wrap Rice Ingredients
- 🥬 6 kale leaves
- 🍚 6 tbsp cooked rice
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- Spicy wrap sauce as needed
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds

Clean and wash 6 kale leaves thoroughly.

Blanch the kale leaves in boiling water for about 1 minute.

Rinse the blanched kale in cold water and remove excess moisture.
