Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces pollack roe
- 🧅 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp chopped chili pepper
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Place 2 pieces of pollack roe on a plate.
Cut the pollack roe into bite-sized pieces using scissors.
Add 1/2 tbsp of chopped green onion to the plate.
Add 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic to the plate.
Add 1/2 tbsp of chopped chili pepper to the plate.
Pour 4 tbsp of sesame oil over the ingredients.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of red pepper powder over the ingredients.
Cover the plate with a lid or plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute.
Mix the microwaved pollack roe with the seasoning thoroughly.
