Sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Main
- 🍶 1 block firm tofu
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 leaves perilla
- 1/4 cup flour or starch

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the tofu and let it sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Coat the tofu with flour or starch in a plastic bag.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on medium-low heat.

Wash the perilla leaves, remove stems, roll them up, and slice thinly.

Mix all sauce ingredients and add the sliced perilla leaves.
