- 🍖 3 strips pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Slice the onion and soak it in cold water for at least 10 minutes to remove its sharp taste.
Pan-fry the pork belly until slightly crispy.
Mix all sauce ingredients: soy sauce, mirin, water, minced garlic, sugar, corn syrup, and black pepper.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the cooked pork belly and simmer on low heat.
Simmer the pork belly in the sauce for 3-4 minutes until the flavors are absorbed.
Rinse the soaked onion slices thoroughly and place them on top of cooked rice.
Place the cooked pork belly on top of the onion slices and serve.
