- 190g fish cake sticks
- 90g Vienna sausages
- 1 green chili
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 200ml water
- A dash of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds

Cut Vienna sausages diagonally into halves.

Cut fish cake sticks diagonally into quarters.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, ginger wine, corn syrup, and water in a bowl.

Place fish cakes, sausages, and halved green chili in a pot. Pour the prepared sauce over them.

Cook over high heat until the sauce reduces and thickens.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle sesame oil before serving.
