- 🧂 1/2 tbsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced

- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
步驟
Slice the zucchini into half-moon shapes according to your preferred thickness.
Place the sliced zucchini in a bowl and sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp coarse salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the salted zucchini to the pan and stir-fry lightly.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and continue stir-frying until the zucchini softens.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds over the dish.
Serve the stir-fried zucchini as a simple and light side dish.
