Noodles
- 100g glass noodles
Oil
- 50ml cooking oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp coarse chili flakes
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
步驟
Soak the glass noodles in cold water for 30 minutes.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan over high heat.
Mix chili flakes, sugar, chicken stock powder, minced garlic, and minced green onion in a bowl. Pour the hot oil over the mixture and stir to create the base sauce.
Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar to the sauce mixture and stir well.
Boil the soaked noodles until cooked, rinse under cold water, and drain well.
Combine the cooked noodles with the prepared sauce and mix thoroughly.
