Fish
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade skipjack tuna
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌾 Enough flour for coating
- 6–8 shiso leaves
- Enough salad oil for frying
Tomato Tempura Sauce
- 🍅 6 mini tomatoes
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧅 3cm minced green onion
- 40cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 💧 120cc water
Tempura Batter
- 🌾 100g tempura flour
- 💧 150cc water

Season the skipjack tuna with salt and pepper, slice into 1cm pieces, wrap with shiso leaves, and coat with flour.

Quarter the mini tomatoes and finely mince the green onion.

Mix all ingredients for the tomato tempura sauce in a bowl.

Combine tempura flour and water in another bowl to make the batter.

Heat salad oil to 180°C in a pot, dip the skipjack tuna pieces in the batter, and fry until golden brown. Serve with tomato tempura sauce.
