Bread
- 🍞 2 burger buns
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves of lettuce
- 🍅 2 slices of tomato
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Condiments
- Mustard to taste
- Ketchup to taste
Patty Seasoning
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
步驟
Chop the sliced beef roughly.
Mix the beef with the patty seasoning ingredients in a bowl until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into 10cm diameter patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3 minutes on one side until browned, then flip. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Toast the burger buns lightly. Spread mustard on the bottom half, layer lettuce, one patty, ketchup, and a slice of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun. Repeat for the second burger.
