Main Ingredients
- 200g smoked duck
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced diagonally
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
步驟

Prepare all ingredients.

Slice the onion thinly.

Slice the green onion diagonally.

Cut the smoked duck into bite-sized pieces.

Stir-fry the smoked duck over high heat.
