- 🐟 80g smoked salmon
- 🥬 2 leaves lettuce
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🌿 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
Dressing
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces.

Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water, then drain.

Trim the cilantro roots and chop into 4cm pieces.

Mix all dressing ingredients (fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar, chili, sesame oil) in a bowl.

Combine the smoked salmon, lettuce, onion, and cilantro in the bowl with the dressing. Toss gently to coat.
