Main
- 2 slices ham
- 10 snap peas (85g)
- 🥦 100g frozen broccoli
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), thinly sliced
Dressing
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp grain mustard
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
步驟
Trim the ends and remove the strings from the snap peas. Thinly slice the onion, soak in water, and squeeze out excess moisture.
Cut the ham into thirds, then slice into 1cm strips.
Boil water in a frying pan, add broccoli and cook for 1.5 minutes. Add snap peas and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Drain and let cool.
Mix the dressing ingredients (olive oil, mustard, sugar, salt) in a bowl.
Combine the boiled vegetables, onion, and ham in a separate bowl and mix well.
Plate the salad and drizzle with the dressing.
