- 8 snap peas
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
Meat
- 2 slices bacon
Cooking Essentials
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 💧 100 ml water
- 1/2 tsp consomme
Soup Base
- 🥛 200 ml milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
步驟

Remove the strings from snap peas and cut them diagonally in half. Slice the onion thinly.

Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the bacon and onion.

Once the onion softens, add flour and stir until no raw flour remains. Gradually add water, mixing each time, and then add consomme. Bring to a boil.

Add milk, salt, pepper, and snap peas. Heat gently without boiling.
