Vegetables
- 🌱 10 snap peas (100g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
Sauce
- 1 tbsp white dashi
- 💧 100 ml water

Trim the ends of snap peas with kitchen scissors and remove the strings by pulling gently from both sides.

Boil water in a pot, add snap peas and salt, and cook for 10–20 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water, then cut diagonally in half.

Mix white dashi and water in a bowl, add snap peas, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit for 15 minutes.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
