- 🍆 2 medium eggplants (160g)
- 🌱 8 snap peas (80g)
Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gochujang

Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces after removing the stem. Trim the snap peas and cut them diagonally in half.
