Main Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 170g soft tofu
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground pepper
步驟
Mash the soft tofu and remove excess water.
Beat the eggs and strain them through a sieve for a smooth consistency.
Slice the green onion into 0.3cm pieces and julienne the carrot into thin strips.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onion until fragrant.
Add the carrot to the pan and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Add 2 tbsp of oyster sauce and stir-fry with the vegetables.
Pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently with chopsticks as they cook.
Add the mashed tofu and continue stirring until evenly mixed and cooked.
Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and ground pepper to finish.
Serve the mixture over rice in a bowl for a complete dish.
