Main Ingredients
- 1/2 green papaya (250g), shredded
- 6 green beans, trimmed
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🍅 1 tomato, wedged
- 🥜 Crushed peanuts, as needed
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- Black pepper, as needed
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Remove seeds and peel the green papaya, shred it finely, and soak in water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
Cut the green beans into thirds, place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let cool.
Julienne the carrot, wedge the tomato, and crush the peanuts in a bag.
Mix all dressing ingredients (sugar, black pepper, fish sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Combine green papaya, green beans, and carrot in the bowl with the dressing. Mix well, then gently fold in the tomato. Serve on a plate and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
