Cut the myoga in half. Mix the seasoning ingredients (water, vinegar, sugar, and salt) in a microwave-safe container and heat in a 600W microwave for about 1 minute. Let it cool, then add the myoga and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Remove the broad beans from their pods. Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt (1/3 tsp), and boil the broad beans for about 1 minute. Drain and peel the thin skin once cooled.

Drain the marinated myoga and slice it thinly.

In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, broad beans, sliced myoga, and white sesame seeds. Mix gently.
