Essential Ingredients
- 200g chewy noodles
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- A small amount of cooking oil
Chive Salad Ingredients
- 1 handful of chives
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Cut the chives into 10cm lengths.
Marinate the pork belly with salt, pepper, sesame oil, rice wine, and minced garlic.
Boil water, add vinegar, and cook the noodles for 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and cook the marinated pork belly until golden brown.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce, then toss with the noodles.
Combine chives, vinegar, chili powder, sugar, and sesame oil to make the chive salad.
Plate the noodles, pork belly, and chive salad together.
