- 🍗 500g chicken drumsticks
Optional Ingredients
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🧈 1/2 tbsp butter
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🌾 A pinch of sesame seeds
步驟
Soak chicken drumsticks in milk for 20 minutes to remove odor, or blanch them in boiling water until blood is removed.
Drain the chicken drumsticks and pat dry.
Heat butter in a frying pan and lightly fry the chicken drumsticks until golden brown.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, sugar, cooking wine, minced garlic, black pepper, and sesame seeds.
Make diagonal cuts on the chicken drumsticks and place them in a pot.
Coat the chicken drumsticks evenly with the sauce.
Add 1 cup of water to the pot and simmer until the sauce thickens, flipping the chicken occasionally.
Add sliced green chili for extra spice and flavor.
