- 600g pork belly
Vegetables
- 2 stalks green onion
- 🧅 1 whole onion
Spices
- 6 whole black peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
Seasoning
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
步驟
Cut the green onion and onion into large pieces.
Layer the onion and green onion at the bottom of a pressure cooker, then add the pork belly, black peppercorns, and bay leaves.
Close the pressure cooker lid and set the handle to 'cook'. Ensure the pressure indicator remains upright.
Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce to medium heat for 15 minutes. Release the pressure by tilting the pressure indicator.
Let the pork rest for 5 minutes, then open the lid and remove the pork belly.
In a pan, combine all seasoning ingredients and simmer the pork belly on low heat until fully coated.
Let the pork cool slightly, slice it, and serve on a plate.
