- 🥔 3 medium potatoes
Liquids
- 💧 200ml water
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin

- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide

步驟
Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Soak them in cold water for 5-10 minutes to remove excess starch.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of cooking oil. Lightly stir-fry the potatoes until slightly golden.
Add 200ml water, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp oligosaccharide, and 1 tbsp mirin to the pan. Simmer over medium-low heat until the sauce thickens and the potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the braised potatoes before serving.
