- 2 chili peppers, sliced

步驟
Dice the potatoes into cubes and slice the onion and chili peppers.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the diced potatoes and stir-fry until they become slightly translucent (about 1/3 cooked).
Add 1/3 cup of water, soy sauce, corn syrup, and sesame seeds to the pan. Stir to combine.
When the potatoes are halfway cooked, add the sliced onion and chili peppers.
Simmer until the sauce reduces and the potatoes are fully cooked and flavorful.
Serve the soy sauce braised potatoes warm as a side dish.
