Main Ingredients
- 🍝 1 serving of pasta
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥓 70g bacon, chopped
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 chili peppers, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
步驟
Boil water in a pot and cook pasta for 8–10 minutes. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the boiling water.
While pasta is cooking, chop onion, garlic, chili peppers, and bacon.
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Drain the cooked pasta without rinsing and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until golden.
Add chopped bacon to the pan and cook until it releases its fat. Then add chopped onion and stir-fry together.
Add sliced chili peppers to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add the drained pasta to the pan and pour the prepared sauce over it. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
