Main Ingredients
- 400g soaked rice cakes
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 💧 5 tbsp water
步驟
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Heat 3 tbsp cooking oil in a pan over low heat and sauté minced garlic.
Add soaked rice cakes to the pan and stir-fry for about 3 minutes over medium-low heat.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the rice cakes.
Simmer until the rice cakes are tender. Add 2-3 tbsp water if needed and continue cooking.
Serve the soy sauce rice cake stir-fry warm and enjoy!
