Essential Ingredients
- 3 handfuls rice cake slices
- 1 frank sausage
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/4 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2/3 cup water
- A pinch of pepper
Optional Ingredients
- A pinch of sesame seeds
步驟
Rinse rice cake slices in water and drain them.
Slice the onion, green onion, and frank sausage.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the onion, sausage, and rice cakes over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Pour the sauce into the pan, bring to a boil, add green onion, and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.
