- 🧅 1/3 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
Protein
- 2 cups Vienna sausages
Liquid
- 💧 3 cups water
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Slice the onion and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Prepare Vienna sausages by making small cuts on them.
Boil the Vienna sausages in 3 cups of water for 1 minute to remove excess oil.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Stir-fry the sausages until golden brown.
Add the vegetables and prepared seasoning sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Serve the soy sauce Vienna sausage stir-fry warm.
