- 300g soybean sprouts
- 🥕 suitable amount of carrot
- 🧅 suitable amount of green onion

- 2 imitation crab sticks
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- a small amount of soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp salt

步驟
Boil soybean sprouts in salted water until the raw smell disappears, then rinse quickly in cold water.
Squeeze the rinsed soybean sprouts and mix them with green onion, carrot, 1 tsp salt, a small amount of soy sauce, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp perilla oil, 1 tbsp sesame oil, sesame seeds, and ground sesame.
Add imitation crab sticks at the end and mix gently.
Serve the soybean sprout and imitation crab salad.
