- 300g soybean sprouts
- 🧅 2 stalks chopped green onion
- 🧄 3 cloves minced garlic
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
步驟
Rinse the soybean sprouts thoroughly under cold water and drain.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
Add minced garlic and chopped green onion to the pan, sauté until fragrant.
Add the soybean sprouts to the pan and stir gently.
Mix soy sauce, red pepper flakes, sugar, and water in a bowl, then pour over the sprouts.
Cover the pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve the braised soybean sprouts warm with rice or as a side dish.
