- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 handful cabbage
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 250g broth or water

Heat grape seed oil in a pan and stir-fry cabbage, onion, and soybean sprouts until softened.

Add boiled chicken and 250g of broth or water to the pan. Gradually add soy sauce and oyster sauce, tasting as you go to adjust seasoning. Start with 200g of broth and adjust as needed.

Bring to a boil and simmer until flavors are absorbed. Optionally, thicken the sauce with cornstarch for a more authentic rice bowl texture.
