Main Ingredients
- 300g soybean sprouts
- 450g pork neck
- 20 perilla leaves
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp plum extract
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2.5 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 cloves minced garlic
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1/2 red chili, chopped
步驟
Season pork neck with 1 tbsp cooking wine, a pinch of salt, and some pepper. Cut into bite-sized pieces for convenience.
Add 500cc water to a pot, place a steamer, layer soybean sprouts, and pork neck on top. Steam on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing chopped green chili, red chili, minced garlic, chopped green onion, soy sauce, plum extract, chili powder, vinegar, and sugar.
Thinly slice 20 perilla leaves and arrange them in a circular pattern on a serving plate.
Place the steamed ingredients on top of the perilla leaves and drizzle the sauce as desired. Serve the remaining sauce on the side.
