Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, sliced
- 🧅 1 handful green onion, chopped
Protein
- 150g spam, sliced
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Generous sprinkle of sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
步驟
Slice 1/4 head of cabbage thinly and soak in water with a drop of vinegar to clean. Rinse and drain.
Slice 150g of spam into thick strips.
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and sauté 1 handful of chopped green onion to make scallion oil.
Add the sliced cabbage to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until it becomes translucent and slightly wilted.
Season the cabbage with 1.5 tbsp soy sauce and 0.5 tbsp corn syrup. Stir well.
Add the sliced spam to the pan and stir-fry until heated through.
Turn off the heat and mix in 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and serve.
