- 2 cans spam
- 🍚 2 servings cooked rice
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
Seasoning Sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 💧 6 tbsp water
步驟
Slice the spam thinly. Optionally, blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds to reduce saltiness.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, chili powder, and water to create the seasoning sauce.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Pan-fry the sliced spam until golden and crispy on both sides.

Simmer the spam in the sauce on low heat until the sauce thickens.
