- 200 g spam
- 200 g tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
- 20 g starch powder
步驟

Slice spam into 0.5–0.7 cm thick long strips.

Cut tofu into 1 cm thick slices and remove excess moisture using a kitchen towel.

Place spam on top of tofu and trim both to the same size.

Beat the egg in a bowl and coat one side of the spam with starch powder, shaking off excess.

Attach spam to tofu and dip the combined piece into the egg mixture.

Pan-fry both sides until golden brown and serve attractively.
