Essential Ingredients
- 300g rice cake sticks
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Optional Ingredients
- 🥜 1 tbsp crushed peanuts
步驟
Skewer 5 rice cake sticks onto each skewer. If the rice cakes are hard, briefly boil them in hot water to soften.
In a pan, heat some oil and stir-fry the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, gochujang, corn syrup, minced garlic, ketchup, and water) until well combined.
In another pan, heat a generous amount of oil and fry the skewered rice cakes until golden and crispy.
Brush the fried rice cake skewers with the prepared sauce and serve.
