Seafood
- 🦐 400g mixed seafood
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 200g cabbage, chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp soju
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Mix all seasoning ingredients together in a bowl.
Thinly slice the onion and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until slightly softened.
Add thawed mixed seafood to the pan, sprinkle black pepper generously, and pour in the soju. Cook until the seafood is partially done.
Add the chopped cabbage and pour the prepared seasoning mixture into the pan. Stir well.
Once the cabbage softens, add the sliced green onion and mix thoroughly.
Turn off the heat and serve the seafood mixture over rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
