Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g beef brisket
- 100g chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
步驟
Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into 3cm pieces.
Slice the onion thinly.
Slice the red chili diagonally.
Preheat a pan without oil and place the beef brisket on it.
Season the beef brisket with salt and pepper and cook until done.
Remove excess oil from the cooked beef brisket using a paper towel.
Place the chopped chives and sliced onion in a mixing bowl.
Add the seasoning sauce ingredients and mix gently.
Add the cooked beef brisket, sliced red chili, and sesame seeds to the bowl and mix to combine.
