- 🍗 500g chicken breast
- 🥬 1/5 head cabbage
- 🧅 1 onion
- 10 perilla leaves
- Sesame seeds to taste
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
步驟
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, chili powder, and cooking wine to create the marinade.
Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade and let them sit.
While the chicken marinates, slice the onion, cabbage, and perilla leaves.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the onion and cabbage until slightly softened.
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until fully done.
Add the sliced perilla leaves and stir briefly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
