- 🥩 300g beef block
Dressing
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
步驟
Thinly slice the beef block.
In a bowl, mix the beef slices with the dressing ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, doubanjiang, chili powder). Massage well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Pat the beef slices dry with paper towels and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 120°C (248°F). Bake the beef slices for 30 minutes, then pat dry again with paper towels. Flip the slices and bake for another 30 minutes until the surface is dry.
