Essential Ingredients
- 1kg pork ribs
- 3 stalks green onion
- 1/2 cup soju or rice wine
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 green chilies
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Optional Ingredients
- 1 bay leaf
步驟
Soak pork ribs in cold water for about 1 hour to remove blood. Cut green onions into large pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Place the ribs in a pot, add enough water to cover them, and include soju or rice wine. Bring to a boil.
After boiling, rinse the ribs thoroughly in cold water.
Place the ribs back into the pot, add water, and boil on high heat for about 20 minutes.
Once the ribs are tender, add the sauce and simmer until the liquid reduces.
Add green onion, onion, and green chilies. Mix and bring to a boil once more before serving.
