    • 1 1/2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Slice the beef into 1cm strips, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.

Cut the chives into 5cm pieces, thinly slice the onion, and slice the red bell pepper vertically.

In a microwave-safe container, mix the sauce ingredients (garlic, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil) and add the beef. Mix well.

Add the onion and red bell pepper to the container and mix. Place the chives on top.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Let it sit for 3 minutes before mixing.
