Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 🥦 2 asparagus spears
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧀 2 tbsp pizza cheese
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步驟
Trim the asparagus, peel the bottom 3cm, remove scales, and cut diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Slice bacon into 1cm strips.
Crack eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Boil water in a pot, add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions. Add asparagus 2 minutes before the pasta is done. Drain and toss with olive oil.
Heat bacon in a pot over medium heat until fat is rendered. Add sauce ingredients (milk, consomme, pizza cheese, doubanjiang, salt, and pepper) and mix while reducing heat to low. Turn off heat and stir in the beaten eggs.
