Main Ingredients
- 🍗 4 chicken breasts
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 2 red chilies
- 🌱 1/2 bunch green onions
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups anchovy kelp broth
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
步驟
Cut the onion and potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onions and red chilies diagonally.
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to make the sauce.
Heat grapeseed oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken pieces until the surface is cooked.
Add the potatoes to the pan and stir-fry together. Pour in the anchovy kelp broth and simmer until the potatoes are half-cooked.
Add the prepared sauce and mix well. Continue to simmer until the potatoes are fully cooked.
Add the onion, green onions, and red chilies. Cook briefly until slightly softened.
