  • Sauce

    • 🥚 1 boiled egg
    • 30g kimchi
    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Chop kimchi finely using kitchen scissors in a bowl. Add the boiled egg and roughly chop it. Mix with mayonnaise to create the spicy tartar sauce.
