    • 1 bag mizuna (200g)
    • 🧅 1 green onion (165g)
    • 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g)
    • 15cm daikon (450g)
    • 1 king oyster mushroom (80g)
    • 🍄 1 pack shiitake mushrooms (6 pcs)
    • 1 piece ginger
  • Seasoning

    • 750cc chicken broth soup base
    • 1/3 tsp yuzu pepper

Make cuts along the bones of the chicken wings.

Prepare vegetables: cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces, slice green onion diagonally, peel carrot and daikon into ribbons, slice king oyster mushroom thinly, and decorate shiitake mushrooms by cutting into the center. Julienne the ginger.

Heat the chicken broth soup base in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add chicken wings and skim off any foam. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Add ginger and yuzu pepper, dissolve, then push chicken to the side and add remaining vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender.
