Seafood
- 🐚 200g clams (pre-purged)
Tofu
- 🧈 300g firm tofu, cut into pieces
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Spicy Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp miso
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 💧 150ml water

Scrub the clam shells to clean them.

Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion diagonally.

Mix all ingredients for the spicy sauce in a bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté the green onion over medium heat, then add clams and sake. Cover and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until the clams open.

Add the tofu to the pan to warm it, then pour in the prepared spicy sauce and bring to a boil.
