Broth
- 600ml kombu anchovy broth
Main Ingredients
- 5 dumplings
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍄 50g oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1/2 green chili pepper
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
步驟

Slice the onion thinly.
