- 1/2 tsp chili oil

Cut off the stems of the eggplants. Wrap each eggplant individually in plastic wrap and place them on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.

Once softened, immerse the wrapped eggplants in cold water to cool. Remove the plastic wrap, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine the eggplants, sesame kombu, and chili oil. Mix well.
